The Share with a Counsellor-Agency will offer mental wellness services for Groups (Institution, Corporate and Organizations (ICOs) directly or through the Mobile Phone Apps. Some of the available services include the App linked Toll-free Call Center Services and access to Virtual Therapy Sessions for large or widespread beneficiaries. ICOs offering special services will become a linkage and referral point, while Organization supported by donors will be able to ride on the agency's infrastructures to implement Mental Health & Psychosocial aspects of their projects through consultancy services.
Virtual Therapy Center Sessions -Institutions, Organizations, and other workplaces can contract Share with a Counsellor Agency to offer virtual mental Health services to their learners, beneficiaries, or and employees. Individual therapy is a structured session, where the client is enabled to connect with a counsellor through the mobile Phone App (personal or centralized). This model of service provision is convenient in the sense that the client does not need to travel, but rather they will access services at their comfort, saving on time, money, and energy. At the workplace, this service has been proven in other countries to increase productivity, reduce inconveniences, and is economically viable; because of its low cost and high impact aspect. Share with Counsellor internal systems promotes accuracy of data and accountability of resources utilized.
App linked Toll-Free Call Center- Share with a Counsellor Mobile Phone Apps take cognizant of the existing gaps in Institutions, Companies & Organizations; where the human resource personnel in the workplace and administrators in learning institutions, are facing the challenge of addressing Mental Wellness for the people they supervise. Share with a Counsellor, intends to support willing learning institutions to access Professional Counselling, Psychological First Aid (PFA), and brief counselling sessions, through Call- Center services in their institutions at a minimal professional fee.
Services available for ICOs
1. Consultancy Services to Non-Governmental Organizations
Implementing Mental Health Psycho-Social (MHPSS) Interventions- The Agency will also offer consultancy services on Mental Wellness to Foundations and Non-Governmental Organization (NGOs) seeking to provide MHPSS/ Psychosocial services to their target beneficiaries, in spread-out geographic locations. Most people have access to Smartphones, some telephone network, and internet connections; hence they are able to install the Share with a Counsellor Mobile Phone App and access the set services. Although the Agency operates on Toll-Free Call Center, there is a professional fee associated with different Services Centers. On request, a proposal will be developed to suit the specific strategy implementation outcome.
Evidence Based Intervention that promotes mental health- This facility will contribute immensely towards Evidence-Based Interventions (EBI) appreciated in the donor funded projects, because of in-built accountability systems; that provide accurate and real-time data and generate reports. Implementers adopting this model of providing psychosocial services to their beneficiaries will benefit from a high impact and low-cost service.
Share with a Counsellor App has a facility for Teleconference, which will be used to coordinate and support implementing teams located in different parts of the country, through the capacity building forums, to address identified gaps. The consultancy services are on a contractual basis upon signing of a service agreement between the involved parties. The preliminary discussion on consultancy services will be conducted through provided contacts on the Website, not via the Mobile Phone App. However, most of the services agreed upon will be offered via the Share with a Counsellor Apps, unless agreed otherwise, because the Agency is flexible on issue consultancy.

Consultancy for learning institutions and corporatesStakeholders will also benefit from the ICO’s Call Center Services- Teachers and other stakeholders, who download the Mobile Phone Apps, will have access to affordable psychosocial services anywhere at any time. Most students in Colleges and Universities have Smartphones, and therefore they can individually access similar services, without expecting the institutions to necessarily coordinate. At the workplace, the management can organize awareness creation forums, where Share with a Counsellor Agency will sensitize employees at all levels on the importance of caring for individual mental wellness, and the need to embracing the services offered by Counsellors at Share with a Counsellor Agency. All users of the Mobile Phone App will have direct access to the App Linked Toll-Free Call Center Services and Therapy Center at an affordable professional fee.

The Counselling Psychologist professionals have a limited mandate when handling Mental Health issues, hence the need to offer linkage and referral services to organizations, institutions, and individuals providing specialized Mental Health Psychosocial Support/Services (MHPSS). At the inception of the Agency referral services, the following service links will be available on the Share with a Counsellor Mobile Phone App for public access: a Psychiatrists, Alcohol& Drug Rehabilitation Centers & Psycho-Medical-Treatment Centers/ Facilities ( Refer to Referral and Linkage section).
