The Agency Data Privacy and Protection Policy is available, stipulating compliance with Government requirements when handling individual data.
Affordable- We use strategies that endorse effective and inexpensive interventions to the clients/ customers. The mobile phone application allows access to services from the convenience of the clients, without incurring movement cost. The prices are also lower compared to face/physical therapy sessions. This is a suitable platform for Individuals and, Professionals, Institutions, Corporations and Organizations (Non-Governmental Organizations & Foundations); to reach their spread out beneficiaries with psychosocial services.
Reliable – We use strategies that rely on dependable systems that allow clients/ customers to access mental wellness services via their mobile phones using the Share with a Counsellor Mobile application. Therefore, everyone can access a personal counsellor at any time anywhere. This is a steadfast platform managed by a team of professionals, whereby clients/ customers have access to a private and personalized mental health care, linkage and referral services.
Excellent- We use strategies that promote Total Quality Management (TQM) in service provision at the Agency Share with a Counsellor. SHARE is an acronym to our core values (Sensitive, Honest, Affordable, Reliable & Excellent). Subscribers of the services will be endowed with superior mental wellness health services.
